Job Description:

Position: Physical Therapist 

Salary Range: $40 - $52 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (No weekend rotation)

Facility: 164-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility with a large, modern Gym equipped with the latest equipment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at our 164-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients achieve their maximum physical potential and improving their overall quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patients' goals

- Utilize a variety of techniques and exercises to help patients improve their mobility, strength, and range of motion

- Monitor and document patients' progress throughout their treatment

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into treatment plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy

- State license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- CPR certification

- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar setting preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
