Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,697/week

Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Long Term Care assignment in Town & Country, MO.

This role focuses on supporting Physical Therapists in delivering effective treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans

  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility activities

  • Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising PT

  • Support balance training, strengthening, and functional mobility

  • Educate patients and families on at-home techniques

  • Maintain clean and organized therapy environment

  • Assist with patient transfers and positioning

  • Complete documentation and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Active Missouri PTA License

  • Minimum 1 year of PTA experience

  • LTC or Rehab experience REQUIRED

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Assignment Details

  • 35 hours guaranteed per week

  • Day shifts (8-hour shifts)

  • No call

  • No weekends

  • LTC patient population
