Job Description:

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $56-$61 per hour

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation

Location: 99-bed facility

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our 99-bed facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help them improve their mobility, reduce pain, and increase their overall physical function. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients' medical history, physical condition, and functional abilities to develop an individualized treatment plan

- Use a variety of techniques and modalities, such as exercises, manual therapy, and equipment, to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and balance

- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their progress at home

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care and treatment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- State license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform job duties

- CPR certification
