Position: Physical Therapist 

Salary Range: $45-$48 per hour

Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation

Facility: 99-bed facility

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at our 99-bed facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them improve their physical mobility, manage pain, and prevent or recover from injuries. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques

- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and manage pain

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care

- Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- CPR certification

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform job duties

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required
