Job Title: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $44.02-$46.93 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation

Position Type: Staff or Senior PT role

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs

- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their mobility, strength, and functional abilities

- Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and activities to support their recovery

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Stay current with developments and advancements in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

- Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a PT, preferably in a clinical setting

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
